Someone won the Worcester Mines Lottery, but the County does not have money? The TM will take care of that through the Mayor of the town the winner is in. Here's how:
1. The TM grants the Mayor an oar.
2. The Mayor puts the oar on the market at the TH Purchase Price.
3. The Mayor purchases the oar for the Town Hall.
4. The Mayor grants the oar and the Winnings to the winner, using the Town Hall treasury.
5. The winner then purchases with their own money from the grant the oar at the Winner Purchase Price.
6. The winner then repurchases into the grant the oar for the Winner Purchase Price plus the Winnings.
7. The winner then cancels the grant, and the oar returns to the Town Hall.
8. The Mayor puts the oar on the County Fair for the TH Purchase Price plus the Winnings and informs the TM, who then purchases the oar.
Notes:
TH Purchase Price - may be anything above market value (if/when the County Fair is removed, this will have to be not higher than £25.95); however, higher price will lock more TH funds, thus should be avoided.
Winnings - The amount a prize pays out, currently £40.
Winner Purchase Price - Price of purchase from the grant by the winner. Should be above market value, but must not exceed £25.95, or maximum oar price minus Winnings.
In the event that there is more than one prize to be paid, the Mayor may grant a multiple of the Winnings amount equivalent to the number of prizes, and steps 5 and 6 should be repeated a number of times equal to the number of prizes.
