It Walks on Five Legs and Peers with Three Eyes
It walks on five legs and peers with three eyes
This wicked beast never wears a disguise.
It crawls on the floor like it wasn't there -
The silent moves make its prey unaware.
This voracious being consumes rotten plants
It only bites your hand by narrow chance
When it fails to detect the difference of hue,
And when threatened with death - it will bite you!
It's now penned in a trap forged just of glass -
A sight to see for those of wealth and class
Who never blink an eye to gnaw and reap
From weaker monsters close at hand they keep.
